Order Processing Normal working hours are 9AM to 5PM Central Standard Time, on working days (excluding Turkey and Germany national holidays). Every attempt will be made to ship orders within 48 hours following order placement notification to Elit Biotech GmbH. Orders placed after 5PM and before 9AM, or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Elit Biotech GmbH cannot be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure (natural disaster) and unforeseen problems of transport companies.
Down Time Statement The availability of the web site may be subject to unpredictable downtime caused by system maintenance and processing. Elit Biotech GmbH cannot be held liable or responsible for orders placed during system downtime, or delayed in delivery during system downtime.
System downtime includes downtime of systems in Elit Biotech GmbH control, as well as downtime of systems in the control of others.

Typographical Mistakes/Errors In case an HairMD Clinical product/material or service is incorrectly priced due to a typographical error, or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Elit Biotech GmbH (the company) has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product or service listed at the incorrect price.
Elit Biotech GmbH will not be held liable for typographical errors. Whether or not an order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card will not change Elit Biotech GmbH authority to refuse or cancel any order. In the rare case of a credit card having already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Elit Biotech GmbH shall issue a credit to your credit card or reimburse you by company shopping coupon in the amount of the incorrect price.
